DecoBuild was awarded a new contract at La Colle sur Loup. The project involves extensive internal and external work.
The internal work consists of the complete renovation of the living areas and the conversion of an adjoining terrace into a dining room. This will entail feature aluminium windows, sliding/folding doors, new fireplaces and high quality engineered wood flooring. In addition the cave will be converted to a self contained studio.
The external work consists of a rework of the facade texture and re paint with high quality external paint.
All the terraces will be redone to improve drainage and finished with travertine stone tiles.
Work started on the 19th January and due for completion end of April.
