Progress on the La Colle sur Loup project is very strong. We have been lucky with sunny weather so have been able to carry out all the preparatory work. The demolition work inside the house is also complete and we have now started the new electrical and plumbing...
the roof is now complete and we are waiting for the aluminium windows to be installed week starting 16th February. With that complete we can now focus on the finishing works in the interior.
We have been awarded a contract to undertake emergency repairs to this stunning stone property. We will start the works on the 20th of February and schedule completion by end of March. We will be posting work photographs in due course.
